Orthodontic Team Training is based within the Leamington Spa Orthodontic Centre, a multi-surgery specialist practice in the heart of Warwickshire. The centre has been approved by the University of Warwick for teaching of its MSc course in Orthodontics, the General Dental Council for the delivery of the University of Warwick Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy course, and by the National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) for its Certificate in Radiography and Certificate in Orthodontic Nursing.

The centre is housed within a six storey Regency building with its own large car park in the centre of Leamington Spa, seven miles from the University of Warwick. Its facilities have been developed specifically for teaching and include:

• Lecture suite seating up to 30 students
• Clinical skills laboratory
• State of the art audio-visual facilities
• Video conferencing worldwide
• Camera/video link to one of the seven surgeries in the centre
• Individual monitors to each phantom head unit
• Comprehensive clinical and technical facilities
• Fully equipped orthodontic laboratory and specialist technical support
• Library facilities with computer and Internet access, including access to The University of Warwick library

These excellent facilities enable OTT to deliver all types of education to many levels of student groups. This includes formal lectures, clinical demonstrations and small group tutorials. Participants can carry out hands-on practical tasks of all types of clinical and laboratory procedures. The Centre has Investors in People accreditation.
